Tt bloody timing again.
Frankly speaking, i must admit that being born in the year of the tiger certainly has its own setbacks. For one, i always didnt understand why the Olympics and the world cup of 2002 could all fall into the years when my schedule could never be written off, with every major examinations in my life looming in my head. As a sucker for intriguing commercials and advertisements, i was ever so excited to view the clip tt showcased spore to the world (But i was in camp) right before London won in the IOC session, and later... well, i just thought it would be very ironic to tell somebody who won anything that 'he was da bomb' thereafter. But the thing that really got to me today was the abrupt feel of disappointment and memory loss when i had the new harry potter book in my hands. Yes, Blogs like mine are indirectly giving free advertisement again. But this isnt really the issue. It was when i held the book and realised that i forgot the details of the previous book completely. All of a sudden, it seemed all chips on the table were gone. All bets that im still a great HP fan were off. Poof. And it irked me even greater when i remembered the last time that the army wasnt exactly an advocate in spurring people to read. That's it. Maybe i will just read it all the same and proclaim it was a great read or only start discussing the book 1.5 yrs later when i finally leave the army. I've decided to watch 'Crash' later. Apt for a guy who is stuck in his ass right now.
